Courtney knew early on that helping families protect what matters most and being a resource for her community was how she wanted to invest her time. Fortunately, she was blessed with the invaluable mentorship of her father, Bob Pierce, who owned and operated Nationwide agencies in Northern Virginia for almost 50 years.

Knowing she wanted to pursue this career, Courtney tailored her education around how she could be the best asset for her clients. She received her BBA in accounting from The College of William and Mary and went on to earn her masters in accounting from W&M’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business.

On top of that, she is currently in the process of earning CIC and CRM designations. All of the above, to ensure she is a valuable insurance advisor to our clients and a qualified partner that works with our clients’ financial planners, CPAs, etc. to commit to our clients’ continued success.

Courtney serves on William and Mary’s Annual Giving board of directors and is also on the board of NOVA Home Services. Her passion is people and serving her community and could not be more thrilled to find a career that supports that.

In her free time, Courtney is an active tennis player, people enthusiast, and loves anything outdoors, especially activities where she can include her rescue dog, Morris.
